In celebration of their successful first year, Amy's Cupcake Shoppe threw a party! And we were there to capture it! In tradition to their Grand Opening video, Amy wanted to capture the customers enjoying their tasty, sweet treats and the buzz, excitement + sugar highs from the day.

Grand Opening
After Amy's Kickstarter Campaign at the beginning of January 2016, Amy was fully funded and able to open her bakery! (insert happy dance here!) In July 2016, Amy opened Amy's Cupcake Shoppe on Mainstreet of Hopkins. With crowds of people trying to get it, tons of vendor friends for support + a little extra fun, we couldn't have been more thrilled to be a part of the celebration!
For this video Amy wanted to showcase the excitement of the day. To highlight the crowds of people, happy customers, friends + family that came to support and overall craziness of opening the Shoppe. We shot a lot of handheld to show the hustle and bustle of the day. From fresh baked goodness coming straight out of the oven to the many smiling and satisfied customers throughout the day. We tried to showcase a lot of faces to build on the fact that so many people came out to support Amy on her big day as well.
